Pro jednoho je to obdob\u00ed d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9ho latte, pro jin\u00e9ho zase \u010das mo\u0161t\u016f, bur\u010d\u00e1ku, vesnick\u00fdch hod\u016f, du\u0161i\u010dek a pro v\u011bt\u0161inu z n\u00e1s je to hlavn\u011b za\u010d\u00e1tek akademick\u00e9ho roku. Co ale k podzimu neodmysliteln\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed (a nen\u00ed zdaleka tak vesel\u00e9) je podzimn\u00ed blues. Za\u010dne se barvit prvn\u00ed list\u00ed a najednou jsme unaven\u00ed, c\u00edt\u00edme vy\u010derpan\u00ed, m\u00e1me chu\u0165 jen le\u017eet pod dekou a ned\u011blat nic. Citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jedince pak postihne spl\u00edn, melancholie a apatie. Pro\u010d tomu tak je? A v\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee toto v\u0161echno jsou p\u0159\u00edznaky skute\u010dn\u00e9 nemoci, kterou trp\u00ed tis\u00edce lid\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAD je chytr\u00fd akronym, kter\u00fd ne n\u00e1hodou p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 anglick\u00e9 slovo <em>sad<\/em> \u010dili smutn\u00fd. Skr\u00fdv\u00e1 se pod n\u00edm sez\u00f3nn\u00ed afektivn\u00ed porucha, tedy typ deprese, kter\u00fd je typick\u00fd pro zimn\u00ed a podzimn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce a projevuje se \u00fanavou, spavost\u00ed a \u0161patnou n\u00e1ladou. U zrodu pojmu stoj\u00ed skupina psycholog\u016f v \u010dele s Robertem Rosenthalem, kter\u00e1 roku 1983 skrze inzer\u00e1t v novin\u00e1ch sesb\u00edrala prvn\u00ed pacienty. P\u0159ihl\u00e1sit se m\u011bli jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b v zimn\u00edch a podzimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch poci\u0165uj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pokles n\u00e1lady, nechu\u0165 k jak\u00e9koliv \u010dinnosti, neust\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fanavu a celkov\u00e9 vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. Zn\u00ed v\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edznaky pov\u011bdom\u011b? Je na m\u00edst\u011b \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee s SAD bylo z 2000 respondent\u016f diagnostikov\u00e1no pouze 42. Porucha v prav\u00e9m slova smyslu je sp\u00ed\u0161e vz\u00e1cn\u00e1 a postihuje pouze 1\u20135% populace, zat\u00edmco tzv. zimn\u00ed (a podzimn\u00ed) blues, tedy m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed forma s toto\u017en\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edznaky, postihuje a\u017e 20 %. Hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl je v intenzit\u011b a trv\u00e1n\u00ed. SAD trv\u00e1 cel\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce a je pot\u0159eba ji l\u00e9\u010dit, proto\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk trp\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fdmi depresivn\u00edmi stavy, zat\u00edmco podzimn\u00ed blues trv\u00e1 t\u00fddny a\u017e m\u011bs\u00edce, ale odezn\u00ed samo a \u010dlov\u011bk je schopn\u00fd s n\u00edm b\u011b\u017en\u011b fungovat. \u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina obou probl\u00e9m\u016f z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 i po v\u00edce ne\u017e 40 letech nejasn\u00e1. P\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u0161ak n\u00e1zor, \u017ee za v\u0161\u00edm stoj\u00ed \u00fabytek slune\u010dn\u00edho sv\u011btla a s t\u00edm spojen\u00fd pokles tvorby serotoninu \u2013 hormonu \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. Ve dnech, kter\u00e9 jsou krat\u0161\u00ed a ochuzen\u00e9 o sv\u011btlo se naopak v\u00edce tvo\u0159\u00ed hormon sp\u00e1nku \u2013 melatonin, kter\u00fd v n\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00fanavu a pocit vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. V praxi se SAD l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9ho sv\u011btla a l\u00e9\u010div podporuj\u00edc\u00edch tvorbu serotoninu. N\u00e1m, zasa\u017een\u00fdm pouhou podzimn\u00ed \u00fanavou, by m\u011bl pomoci hlavn\u011b dostate\u010dn\u00fd pohyb na denn\u00edm sv\u011btle. Ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 n\u00e1lad\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159isp\u011bt i skrze stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky. Doporu\u010duje se j\u00edst ryby, o\u0159echy a ln\u011bn\u00e1 sem\u00ednka (v\u0161e bohat\u00e9 na omega-3 kyseliny), d\u00e1le celozrnn\u00e9 pe\u010divo, ovoce a zeleninu (vysok\u00fd obsah komplexn\u00edch sacharid\u016f) a v rozumn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e dopl\u0148ovat vitamin D.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podzimn\u00ed \u00fanava tedy nen\u00ed nic neobvykl\u00e9ho a pot\u00fdk\u00e1 se s n\u00ed velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st lidstva. Krom\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho je ale pot\u0159eba pracovat i se svou mysl\u00ed a ned\u011blat si podzim a zimu hor\u0161\u00edmi, ne\u017e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt. Nav\u00edc ob\u010das to nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, co sta\u010d\u00ed ud\u011blat, je naj\u00edt si mal\u00e9 radosti, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m budou dnes a denn\u011b zlep\u0161ovat n\u00e1ladu. Pozorujme podzimn\u00ed sv\u011bt s\u202fnad\u0161en\u00edm a radost\u00ed a ono to pom\u016f\u017ee.
