H\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina z v\u00e1s asi ne. Ani j\u00e1 ne, a\u017e do lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku, kdy jsem s pomoc\u00ed internetu trochu poupravila recept z Dom\u00e1c\u00ed kucha\u0159ky od Magdaleny Dobromily Rettigov\u00e9 a upekla jsem pist\u00e1ciov\u00e9 rohl\u00ed\u010dky. A p\u0159esn\u011b o tento recept se s v\u00e1mi za chv\u00edli pod\u011bl\u00edm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee Magdalena Dobromila Rettigov\u00e1 nebyla jen autorkou slavn\u00e9 Dom\u00e1c\u00ed kucha\u0159ky, ale tak\u00e9 v\u00fdraznou osobnost\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho n\u00e1rodn\u00edho obrozen\u00ed? Psala \u010desky v dob\u011b, kdy to nebylo samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, a sv\u00fdmi knihami i \u010dinnost\u00ed pomohla pos\u00edlit \u010deskou kulturu. Aktivn\u011b se v\u011bnovala v\u00fdchov\u011b d\u00edvek, vedla kurzy, kde je u\u010dila va\u0159it, v\u00e9st dom\u00e1cnost a tak\u00e9 se chovat ve spole\u010dnosti, aby jim usnadnila cestu k lep\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotu. Foto: Kate\u0159ina Koz\u00e1kov\u00e1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na recept budete pot\u0159ebovat:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 140 g hladk\u00e9 mouky<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 88 g m\u00e1sla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 53 g cukru mou\u010dka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 70 g pist\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 2 \u017eloutky<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; b\u00edlek na pot\u0159en\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; cukr mou\u010dka na posyp\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A te\u010f jednoduch\u00fd postup:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pist\u00e1cie si rozmixujeme na jemno. Sm\u00edch\u00e1me je s moukou a s cukrem. P\u0159id\u00e1me \u017eloutky a m\u00e1slo pokojov\u00e9 teploty. Ru\u010dn\u011b vypracujeme hladk\u00e9 t\u011bsto. P\u0159em\u00edst\u00edme ho na v\u00e1l a za\u010dneme tvarovat rohl\u00ed\u010dky tak, \u017ee t\u011bsto tence vyv\u00e1l\u00edme. Ani se nemus\u00ed podsyp\u00e1vat moukou, m\u00e1 kr\u00e1snou konzistenci a nelep\u00ed se. Rohl\u00ed\u010dky klademe na plech s pe\u010dic\u00edm pap\u00edrem. P\u0159ed pe\u010den\u00edm je pot\u0159eme b\u00edlkem a posypeme cukrem. Troubu p\u0159edeh\u0159ejeme na 180\u00b0 a pe\u010deme na horn\u00ed a spodn\u00ed oh\u0159ev 12-15 minut, ka\u017ed\u00e1 trouba pe\u010de jinak.
