P\u0159izn\u00e1m se, \u017ee \u00fapln\u011b nejsem fanou\u0161ek nahrazov\u00e1n\u00ed cukru a b\u00edl\u00e9 mouky u sladk\u00e9ho. Ubrat cukr neu\u0161kod\u00ed, ale v rozumn\u00fdch mez\u00edch. Proto jsem vymyslela jak\u00fdsi \u201ekompromis\u201c. Miluju p\u00e9ct sladk\u00e9 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 to cht\u011blo trochu odleh\u010dit. Proto jsem pou\u017eila \u0161paldovou mouku a t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee \u0161paldov\u00e1 mouka pat\u0159\u00ed k nejstar\u0161\u00edm na sv\u011bt\u011b. \u0160palda se p\u011bstovala u\u017e p\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 6 000 lety a byla obl\u00edben\u00e1 u star\u00fdch \u0158\u00edman\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed ji pova\u017eovali za posv\u00e1tn\u00e9 obil\u00ed. Ve st\u0159edov\u011bku tvo\u0159ila z\u00e1klad j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v cel\u00e9 st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b, ne\u017e ji vytla\u010dily v\u00fdnosn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druhy p\u0161enice. Dnes se \u0161paldov\u00e1 mouka vrac\u00ed do kuchyn\u00ed jako symbol tradi\u010dn\u00ed a p\u0159irozen\u00e9 stravy. Tak\u00e9 t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr m\u00e1 za sebou dlouhou a pestrou historii. Cukrov\u00e1 t\u0159tina poch\u00e1z\u00ed z jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie, kde se vyu\u017e\u00edvala u\u017e p\u0159ed tis\u00edci lety. Do Evropy se cukr dostal d\u00edky Arab\u016fm a k\u0159i\u017e\u00e1ck\u00fdm v\u00fdprav\u00e1m a po dlouhou dobu byl vz\u00e1cn\u00fdm luxusem, prod\u00e1van\u00fdm sp\u00ed\u0161e jako ko\u0159en\u00ed \u010di l\u00e9k. Teprve s rozvojem z\u00e1mo\u0159sk\u00e9ho obchodu se stal dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a postupn\u011b si na\u0161el cestu do ka\u017edodenn\u00ed kuchyn\u011b. Do m\u00edsy d\u00e1me mouku, cukr, olej, kyp\u0159\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1\u0161ek, vejce a jogurt. V\u0161e zam\u00edch\u00e1me, aby n\u00e1m vzniklo kr\u00e1sn\u011b hladk\u00e9 t\u011bsto. Nalijeme ho na plech vylo\u017een\u00fd pe\u010dic\u00edm pap\u00edrem a rozet\u0159eme. Naskl\u00e1d\u00e1me jak\u00e9koliv ovoce, \u010derstv\u00e9 nebo klidn\u011b i mra\u017een\u00e9. Zkr\u00e1tka co m\u00e1te zrovna doma. Pak u\u017e jen buchtu posypeme drobenkou. Na tu sm\u00edch\u00e1me cukry, m\u00e1slo a polohrubou mouku. V\u0161e rukou spoj\u00edme.
