R\u00e1da pletu poml\u00e1zku, barv\u00edm\u00a0vaj\u00ed\u010dka\u00a0a hlavn\u011b\u00a0taky\u00a0pe\u010du. Krom\u011b tradi\u010dn\u00edho mazance nebo ber\u00e1nka u n\u00e1s doma u\u017e asi p\u011bt let nechyb\u00ed\u00a0Hot\u00a0cross\u00a0buns.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto&nbsp;ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9&nbsp;velikono\u010dn\u00ed pe\u010divo poch\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie&nbsp;a m\u00e1 za sebou dlouhou historii.&nbsp;Za\u010dalo&nbsp;se&nbsp;p\u00e9ct pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b u\u017e ve st\u0159edov\u011bku. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jsou roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tradi\u010dn\u00ed a opravdu jednoduch\u00fd recept budete pot\u0159ebovat:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bsto:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 400 g hladk\u00e9 mouky&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 60 g cukru krupice&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 200 g ml\u00e9ka&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 vejce&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 75 g m\u00e1sla&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 5 g soli&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ko\u0159en\u00ed (sko\u0159ice, mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, an\u00fdz)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 10 g su\u0161en\u00e9ho dro\u017ed\u00ed&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; rozinky&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokon\u010den\u00ed:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 70 g vody &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 70 g hladk\u00e9 mouky &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u0161petka soli&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 vejce (p\u0159ed pe\u010den\u00edm)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; med (po upe\u010den\u00ed)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postup:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do m\u00edsy si d\u00e1me mouku, cukr krupici, vejce, ml\u00e9ko, m\u00e1slo, s\u016fl, dro\u017ed\u00ed a ko\u0159en\u00ed. Vypracujeme t\u011bsto, kter\u00e9 se nelep\u00ed a p\u0159id\u00e1me rozinky. Nech\u00e1me asi hodinu kynout. Po vykynut\u00ed t\u011bsto p\u0159em\u00edst\u00edme na trochou mouky podsypan\u00fd v\u00e1l a rozd\u011bl\u00edme na stejn\u00e9 kousky. A op\u011bt nech\u00e1me asi hodinku kynout. Po vykynut\u00ed je pot\u0159eme roz\u0161lehan\u00fdm vaj\u00ed\u010dkem a sm\u011bs\u00ed, kterou jsme si p\u0159ipravili z mouky, vody a \u0161petky soli, na n\u011b s\u00e1\u010dkem nakresl\u00edme k\u0159\u00ed\u017ee. Pe\u010deme dozlatova na 165 \u00b0C (horkovzduch) 20 minut.
